Deposits are 1/2 of the total amount, so for example if you buy a Sterling Silver wedding band and pay the $250, once your ring is complete you will owe another $250.

Turnaround time on custom orders are about 10-14 weeks. So once your order is placed, it will be ready to ship 10-14 weeks from the time you ordered.
