**Custom Orders**  
Custom pieces are made just for you — we don’t accept returns or refunds once production has started. That said, if there’s an issue, we’ll always try to make it right.

**Ready to Ship Items**  
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, email us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll figure it out together.

**Shipping Back**  
If a return is approved, you'll be responsible for shipping it back safely. Refunds are issued once the item’s back in hand and in original condition.
